Everyone of them leads a tribe, says Seth Godin. Tribe: a group of folks who have something in common. Something specific.
Godin was referring in his post to great blogs. They have readers with something in common. But doesn't the same applies to NM organizations? Isn't each organization, or heap, a group with something in common?

Godin suggests that leadership is the best marketing tactic to any organization--a company, a school, a church, a job seeker.
